Future Direction for OCLRA
At the next OCLRA board meeting on Monday, August 8, 9 a.m., the key topic of discussion will be the future direction for the organization. We will explore where to focus our time and resources so as to have the greatest impact. There will be changes among the officers, most notably that Bob Martini has resigned as president after 13 years (he will remain active in the group). While we explore future avenues, we are also actively seeking new board members to bring fresh energy and perspective to our endeavors. Volunteers and nominations are most welcome.
If you have ideas to share on actions OCLRA can take to help preserve Oneida County’s lakes and streams, please consider attending the August 8 board meeting at the Rhinelander ADRC (across from the parking lot at Trig’s grocery store).
